Paul McCloud is the founder of PMC Accounting Group and works directly with each client on each engagement. His practice is small on purpose.

An Enrolled Agent is a federally authorized tax practitioner with technical tax expertise and full rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. The EA credential is issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and recognized in every state.
In practical terms: Paul can prepare returns, plan across future tax years, and represent clients directly with the IRS on notices, audits, and resolution matters.
PMC Accounting Group is intentionally boutique. Paul takes a limited number of engagements so every client has direct access to him — not to a rotating cast of preparers. Conversations happen when they matter, not only in March and April.
PMC works with small business owners, real estate owners, independent professionals, and individuals with more complex tax pictures. Every engagement starts with a strategy conversation so we understand what's changing and what you need to know before moving forward.
A note from Paul
"My goal is simple: help you understand the tax impact before the decision is final, and be the same familiar voice on the other end of the call the next time something changes."
— Paul McCloud, EA
Before the decision is final
Start with a focused conversation about what is changing and what you need to know before moving forward.
